Returns & Exchanges
All Post Revival products are made-to-order and personalized for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order to ensure the best fit and choice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, we can offer a replacement order with an additional shipping fee or a partial refund.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
