1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Since our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners, some items may require additional production time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and others depending on your location and the product.

Shipping options may include standard and expedited shipping, depending on availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order as well as your shipping destination.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination but typically range from 5 to 15 business days for domestic orders.

International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date so we can assist you.

For damaged items, please send photos and contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
